Yes. The brand licence for our West Beach Parks Holiday Park has been awarded to Discovery Parks from December 1, 2024, following an independent evaluation process. The Holiday Park from December 1st will be known as Discovery Parks - West Beach Parks.

Yes. From December 1, 2024, we will be called Discovery Parks - West Beach Parks
People who have booked before 3 September 2024 and will stay before December 1, 2024, will have BIG4 Perks discount applied. The details of the stay will be documented within the BIG4 membership portal .
If you have booked your stay prior to September 3, 2024, we will honor the BIG4 Perks Discount. The details of the stay however, will not be documented within the BIG4 membership portal .
Up until November 30, 2024, you can still book through the BIG4 website and the West Beach Parks website www.westbeachparks.com.au
After December 1, 2024, you can book through the West Beach Parks website and the Discovery Parks website.
Yes. G’day Rewards will be applied to bookings and stays made from December 1, 2024.
If you make a booking now, for a stay after December 1, 2024, your G’day Rewards will be applied when you stay on arrival at Holiday Park. Please make sure to bring your G’day Rewards card with you when you visit.
