Welcoming the SA Police Road Safety Centre to West Beach Parks

We are excited to announce that in October 2024, the South Australia Police Road Safety Centre will join the West Beach Parks Precinct, bringing a valuable community resource to our area.

As a leader in road safety education, the Road Safety Centre is committed to enhancing road safety awareness, knowledge, and skills through lifelong learning. Their programs, developed and delivered by experienced police officers, provide unique insights drawn from real-world expertise, making each session impactful and engaging. The Road Safety Centre will be running their very first School Holiday Program during October:

  • Tuesday 8 October: 10am - 12pm for 5 - 8 year olds
  • Friday 11 October: 10am - 12pm for 9 - 12 year olds

This free program teaches young children road safety skills through both practical sessions on the mock roadway, and through a classroom session.
