The safety of our team members is of primary importance to us and work, health and safety is ranked equally with all other financial and operational considerations. To provide a safe work environment we:
Have established safe work practices and risk management processes to ensure that all team members, as far as is reasonably practicable, are safe from injury and risk to their health while at work
Provide and maintain safe plant and safe systems of work. This includes an onsite Mechanic who is responsible for servicing/repairing all vehicles and turf maintenance equipment
Provide all required personal protective equipment
Ensure safe use, handling, storage and transport of plant and chemicals
Provide information, instruction, training and supervision to all team members
Provide continuous improvement in injury prevention and injury management
